Suddenly everything is green, making it a great time to be out sketching.
Saturday, May 14, 2022 we will meet to sketch at Peterson Mills, at the intersection of Gurholt Road, Peterson Road, and County V at approximately N5491 Peterson Road, Scandinavia, WI.; 8:45 AM to 11:30 AM.
Paint from your car or bring a chair, and your painting supplies. Anyone is welcome. It’s a beautiful location with barn buildings reflected in a millpond and green rolling hills all around. Park on Gurholt Road, leaving room for farm equipment to get by.
Use these Saturday outings for quick sketches or to work on new techniques, or as an excuse to get out and enjoy some quiet time. No pressure, no registration, no specific skill level expectation.
Anyone is welcome. There’s no sign-up, no stress, no expectations, no “membership;” just a chance to practice some open air art. Come once in a while, or regularly.
